Introducing the brand new CE-557TS carton sealer from Cleveland Equipment.

The CE-557TS is a semi-automatic uniform carton sealer that utilizes side belt drives, as well as an added top drive unit for the ultimate in stability during the carton sealing process. The stand out feature of the Cleveland CE-557TS is the sealers ability to seal up to a 27” x 27” box. Most standard carton sealers on the market accepts only up to a 20”x20” max size carton, but the CE-557TS can seal up to a 27”x27” standard. We here at Cleveland Equipment just returned from participating in the Pack Expo 2010 in Chicago, Illinois. With an expanded focus on packaging and processing solutions, PACK EXPO International was bigger and better than ever. Pack Expo is one of the most complete packaging and processing shows in the world’s largest market. As always, it was a tiresome but also a very rewarding experience.

Spending most of my time behind a computer and phone, keeping up with the day to day tasks, it was really nice to have the opportunity to meet people face to face. It was a real pleasure to meet current customers, whom I have talked with on the phone so much.

Pack Expo 2010 enabled Cleveland Equipment to showcase our packaging equipment line to hundreds of prospective clients, and demonstrate how our equipment can benefit them with their application, and save them money at the same time. On display at the expo was a sampling of our carton sealers, filling equipment, as well as our bag sealing equipment.

Piston Fillers: Cleveland Equipment Piston Fillers are a great solution for filling, dispensing and depositing many “wet” products. Common uses of our piston fillers include filling food products, cosmetics or chemicals into containers for retail. Our fillers are used for dispensing food products into baking pans or cooking containers in commercial kitchen settings. Foot Operated Sealers: Cleveland’s Foot Operated Heat Impulse Sealers are used to seal PVC and polyethylene bags, as well as other types of bags and film. Foot Operated Heat Sealers are most commonly used in areas of food packing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, local specialties, aquatic products, agriculture, chemical products, clothing, retail, etc. The Cleveland CEFS foot sealers are taller, with the seal jaw being 40″ from the floor. The height of this sealer allows the operator to stand while operating the machine, without having to bend or slump to perform the operation.
